Opened in November 2025, Nustyak is a proud venture of Clob Hospitality LLP, nestled within the vibrant M Beach Resort, right next to Hotel Colmar on the iconic Colva Beach in South Goa.
Step into a space that’s fully equipped and elegantly styled, designed to offer a relaxed yet refined dining experience. Our dedicated team of stewards and skilled kitchen staff work tirelessly to ensure every visit is memorable, from morning bites to evening indulgence.
The bar is a highlight in itself—helmed by a seasoned mixologist who crafts classic cocktails and refreshing mocktails that not only taste divine but also look stunning on your Instagram reels.

Explore our vibrant dining experience. We have a full featured bar with a great selection of beverages and a choice of cuisine for every palate. We are open through the day for breakfast, lunch and dinner and we stay open in the day for anytime munchies. Our restaurant is an excellent choice for celebrations for up to 200 guest. We have a covered seating area for 80 to 100 guests and for another 100 on the beach side.
